Im using API ( MadMiMi's Mailer API, specifically) that requires that I perform HTTP post and send YAML string as one of posted variables.

Although it worked with special characters it didn't work with Greek characters.
This will encode all special OAuth characters for you.
Has anyone gotten this to work with special characters.
