In Playframework, how to validate if username exist in play JSON Reads validation

I want validation if username exist in JSON Reads Validation, I find verifying() helper, it needs Boolean parameter, And I use slick, I will get Future[Boolean] when query if username exist, But I dont want to rename them to keep my code standard and for

Any way to compose form validation to prevent repeated code. But Scala PR validation is also resource intensive.
It only validates amount from price, but not currency.
