Amazon Dynamodb, dynamoDB doesn't save but produces no error

I'm using Amazon DynamoDB to save and retrieve data for application.

The loss of DynamoDB had a swift impact on the more general infrastructure.
The failure appears to have begun in DynamoDB and spread from there.

You should be careful with this when you are dealing with user input
