How to Post Google Forms Data via jQuery and Ajax to Spreadsheets

I'm working on Chrome extension that's essentially simple custom Google Form that will post to response Spreadsheet.

This is specifically saved data to Google Spreadsheets.
Through an ajax request for posting data to Google.
In this scenario, we will focus to spreadsheets.

I came up with a solution that involves a counter like this
See Sending data to Google docs from your web page, using the build system needs this information anyway, this makes sense
