I have cinema system in Ruby on Rails and am working on booking functionality.

So i cannot restrict user to select whole country and then assign rates to them.

Just put everything into the Custom Keystroke of the dropdown box. Chris, You can absolutely fill another drop down based on a selection.
This code controls how the form will respond to a user selection.

This value can be very long. This button allows you to edit or to add values on the list.
