How to build linux shared libraries in windows hard disk using linux based platform?

I am building open cv libraries in windows from linux based computer remotely using cmake and i get this error after running following commands :mount.

I have tried the step on http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/articles/hunter-rac11gr2-iscsi-088677.html but to no avail

Class libraries are the rough OOP equivalent of older types of code libraries.
Some depend on the executable storing explicit paths to the libraries.
But often linking of shared libraries is postponed until they are loaded.

I have recently been wrestling with this. It does not do bounds checking and can overflow your buffer
