nginx passenger website under heavy load error and no queue is processed

I have checked this link but I am unsure how to implement

It performs miracles when the server is under heavy load. Choose between nginx and Apache Apache and Nginx are widely adopted web servers.

The backtrace information islogged into the web server error log file.

This is affecting the application processes, not nginx itself.
Under heavy load Passenger restarts all of the application processes.
