Iruby failed to start kernel

I have installed iruby on windows machine but everytime I try to start new iruby notebook this error comes up Traceback (most recent call last): File.

I would also like to offer an alternative solution to this problem
I've not seen any reference to this in http://ipython.readthedocs.org/en/stable/config/options/terminal.html there a way to do it

Solved this issue for myself maybe you have the same problem. If you want to do even fancier stuff you should look into reflection
