Unable to get jquery mobile controls to render and function when rendering backbone view

I've been struggling with combining backbone, require and jquery mobile. I have very simple use case with router which instantiates view, which in turn instantiates sub-views.

I spent many hours struggling with this same problem. I have already updated my bundle using ASP.NET MVC 4 | The ASP.NET Site but this doesn't have this feature

To collect all this information, a separate View Model class is needed

Pressing the Update Order button will execute the Update Order function.
The Order Entry Header View uses Knockout to control page functionality.
Controller Context, view Result.
