Developing for Google Chrome, iE 11 Error This page can't be displayed. Where as it works fine on Chrome

I am trying this library for the first time and have no clue for solving this. I have installed service which can be accessed by http/https protocol locally.

This is a timer I made for a music project of mine which does this thing. From Fixing Google Chrome compatibility bugs in websites - FAQ ... have pushed a fix for this
