Using Shinyapps, how to trigger an update of Shiny's dataTable output

I'm lost somewhere between Shiny's concept of reactives, conductors and oberservers. I followed this example about reactivity and this example about persistent data storage.

This also works fine. Try using the MS SQL Server :: OUTPUT On Table With A Trigger macro to define your package loads and customizations
