Working with Django, how to fix RuntimeWarning Model was already registered.

Since upgrading Django, I've been getting this error in iPython when I do imports: RuntimeWarning: Model 'docket.

I think with solutions this large the best practice should be to break them up. If you are just installing someone else package you should use install
