How to convert a column with different date formats to a common date format?

The code was downloaded from SQL Server Helper - Tips and Tricks - Date Formats help here would be really great
I think your requirement solution is too to customize the default keyboard

Combine and Consolidate Multiple Sheets and Workbooks.
Select the range that you want to convert.
Then click OK, the number has been converted to normal Excel date. So you need to change the date format.
