Add scaffolded item wizard cannot resolve data model class

I'm trying to create new Scaffolded item for simple ASP. NET Wep API application which should be based on domain object class and DbContext derivative in separate assembly.

Or you can pick MVC and add folders and references for Web API.
For example, you can add Web API to a Web Forms application. Or you can easily add technologies to existing applications.
