It seems that getting this to work with pure ant is a bit of a kludge. Check more elaborate explanation here

Man do I have experience with this. Also the procedure described in https://github.com/Wangchao0721/Quality-Tools-for-Android/commit/fad8cb597d264373f116974a9b66e28883f4568d did not resolve the problem
