hello i want when user choose Iran that next to this load city without loading.

The HTML markup for the select list is essentially identical.
Change the select list to Drama and hit the Submit button. The code above is standard HTML for a select list.

But with the above code i cannot use html tag library.

The elements in the dropdown list are currently set not to display.
Nest the list inside the list item the user will hover over. After styling is complete, these lists will become the drop down menu.

Hence, City dropdown list does need any JQuery. There is no other dropdown list or control dependent on City dropdown list.
Click on the Add button to create the view.
