How do you input proxy settings in internet explore from an external program using Interneexplorer

How would I go about running processes to auto-input information in settings for browser. I wanted to make Proxy application that doesn't involve user to use my programs inside browser and.

So the proxy acts at the session layer. If your network must use a proxy, you have to configure it into each PC.

You can use an internal DNS server to resolve internal and external names.
Ensure that the TCP/IP settings for the client point to a DNS server.
Check Domain Name System (DNS) settings for name resolution issues.
