502 error when trying to authorize Gitlab CI as an Application in Gitlab

I am trying to authorize CI as application via OAuth, but when I hit Authorize button, I get 502 error.

It can be downloaded from The official discussion group for GitLab, a web ... it to any directory of your choice

Also the procedure described in Re: 502, GitLab is not responding. - Google Groups did not resolve the problem
