For Jax Rs, how to create a custom RolesAllowed for java rest endpoint token authentication?

I am trying to create @RolesAllowed tag on my rest endpoints.

And you can't get a token unless you provide credentials. That is only for accessing endpoints that return a token.
The token needs to be updated when a change is made to the user.
I realize that present documentation Code and tech stuff: Securing REST Services with Spring Security and OAuth2 is only a preliminary document
