How to connect the input files taken on shiny app to an R code?

I want to create GUI using shiny in which user will be able to upload their desired ' Then these files are to be processed using R code which is not part of shiny app.

You can view the app with the following url format. Be sure to update relative paths for any reference files you are using.
The last setting connection is for Shiny server specifically. The HTTP setting allows anyone to access your web application.

Just resolved this issue. It will help to enable only needed constraints dynamically
