With Wpf, https uri request returning bad request when using proxy

We are experiencing problem to deploy our WPF application in one of our customers. application works great while calling our web APIs (hosted at azure) using HTTP protocol.

Well I lived with this problem long enough and looked it up here. This is the correct way of doing it http://www.iis.net/learn/extensions/configuring-application-request-routing-(arr)/creating-a-forward-proxy-using-application-request-routing

Configure the proxy settings as appropriate in your applications, browsers, etc. Note: This rule enables HTTP messages to pass through the forward proxy.
This enables ARR as a proxy at the server level.
On the Application Request Routing page, select Enable proxy.
