Developing for Css: how to show child ul under parent ul horizontally

i asked several times for my navigation here but didn't get my desire results so i thought one last time maybe someone help me to achieve like this.

It will display a tick mark next to the active child window.
To make this form as the parent form, set its IsMDIContainer property to true. Using the code Creating parent window Add a new form to your application.

In this case, the next parent container div is the grandparent. Child div positioned top right when parent has no position. Child div positioned top right of parent and parent bottom left. Check out our website at Position a child div relative to parent container in CSS
