Working on Mailmerge, any ideas on how to simply generate a HTML page for every line in a csv file?

I have built HTML email template for client who needs to distribute it (the template) to around 50 customers as static files.

Write an application that generates CSVs and mails them when done.
Here's some ideas to get you started.
A new line means a new row of data. See Outputting Data from the Data Export API to CSV Format  |  Implementation guides and solutions  |  Google Developers for instructions on how to compile from source
