Working with Aspnet, server Error in ' asp.netwebadminfiles' Visual Studio 2013

Before I upgrade my computer from Win7 to Win10, I could enter to WebSite Administration Tool on Win7 Home by using Visual Studio 2013 Pro. Thanks very much in advance
