Dev tools how to debug session timeouts of web application in any browser?

I have faced one issue with session timeout in web application. when login session timed out if i submit form from page server accepting request and sending success response.

Maybe just tell it to activate the browsers refresh button would do fine.

Also if user just shutdown his browser the dedicated space still exist on server.
A new session state will be recreated and associated to the same unique id. A user session is consider has a time between the first request and the last one.

If the Is New Session is true but the session id is present it MIGHT be a timeout.
NET web application irrespectively of the infrastructure.
Then the browser will not send it to other virtual directories.
