Amazon RDS via SSL how to connect?

I'm trying to set up SSL connection to MySQL database hosted via Amazon RDS. Please let me know if I should provide more details

To cancel a load operation in progress, call the mysql.
These connections can be made using SSL.
In Amazon RDS terminology, X.

This is one thing that batch scripting just does not do well
Download the software from MySQL on Amazon RDS - Amazon Relational Database Service and install it
