Class library? C ASP.NET how to obtain a token when developing

Can anyone help point in the right direction to get started. I'm writing service, and I'm focused on client side. I'm developing class library that people can import into their project to interact with my service.

Get the access token from URL fragments when it redirects back.

I've not seen any reference to this in https://github.com/DotNetOpenAuth/DotNetOpenAuth/wiki/Security-scenarios there a way to do it
