Who Instantiated My Factory from Angularjs

I have factory that's being instantiated 3 times and I've read good posts on possible causes.

A provider is a configurable factory.
A factory is an injectable function.
A provider is actually a configurable factory.

Also you may want to change context root in project properties

That you have to have design patterns in your code. I have followed Learn Services, Factories and Providers in angularjs From ... to implement this

A service is a singleton and will only be created once by AngularJS
