Developing for Javascript, how to include an external JS file in a Bootstrap template?

I am confused in this. I am trying to use Bootstrap template for website I am building, but in one page I want to include JS file, because I have build there funcionalities I need for my application.

Firstly, you will need to include the Mootools code in your extension. There are two ways to include a Java Script file using the Joomla.

You could include one of two files, Post Back True.
At my job, we keep most of our CSS in a single file.
Create a function in Java Script Helper to include your Java Script file.

But you can do very powerful things with this feature, see external script file - W3Schools Online Web Tutorials for examples
Eclipse shows an error on android project but can find the error
