Cannot generate sql in entity framework for oracle database

I am trying to generate oracle sql for my entity framework model. I can generate SQLServer sql fine, error only occurs with oracle generation.

Oracle has limited control over the SQL generated. Re: Entity Framework generates invalid oracle sql. NET make the Entity Framework (same version) generate different statements.
One can always use entity SQL or straight SQL.

MS is best suited to solve the issue because APPLY doesn't just affect Oracle

The way it is now, the Entity Framework is almost unusable with Oracle
