From Aspneidentity, how can I extend ApplicationUser in ASP.NET Identity but with properties that can be null?

NET Identity system, while delivering whatever additional properties we required.
NET team did not intend to be easily extended.
Things are not so simple, however, when it comes to extending Identity Role.
