How to load a dynamic webpage content in a new tab

I'm working on Backbone JS application in which I've got to load dynamic data in new tab, which is loading in same page.

I had this same problem on a property that I was localizing
You can also use a site like Introduction to Dynamic HTML (Internet Explorer)
